My Art From Ashes
My Art From Ashes is a five-month personal development experience that combines connection, reflection, practical support, and hands-on activities in a small-group setting.
The experience moves through three connected phases:
The Gathering Circle — Grounding
A welcoming beginning focused on connection, belonging, trust, and creating a space where women can be seen, valued, and heard.
The Mosaic Experience — Envisioning & Rebuilding
A hands-on studio experience where participants become the artists of their own work as they reflect on what they have carried, what they want to protect, what they are ready to release, and what they are beginning to reclaim.
Launch Point — Activating
A practical phase that helps women put what they have learned into action through healthier decision-making, planning, accountability, support systems, and next steps.
My Art From Ashes is currently being strengthened through our pilot cohort before broader community expansion.
